Inbound DID management when logging in as "Agent" role

Hi.

Is there any configuration setting or file that I need to edit in order to activate the management of Inbound DID when I logged in to Agent URL? It is not necessarily the ability to add, edit, or delete the DIDs but just access to adding, editing, and deleting the "DID destination". We're planning to disable the purchasing of DID on the customer interface and implement it on the Agent side.

Any help and inputs will be highly appreciated.

We're using A2Billing v1.6.0 (Hickory).
