However, we can sell you a permission to circumvent this requirement, as there is sometimes a business case for doing so.
Additionally, the AGPL is a good license for Web applications such as A2Billing, as it is similar to the GPL, but adds the provision that the complete source code be made available to any network user of the AGPL-licensed work.
Basically, the AGPL is not asking you to do anything more than A2Billing does for you.
