How to find out ASR and ACD to specific destination?

Hi Guys,

There is an option in CDR REPORTS > TRUNK which shows ASR for specific trunk for a duration but that applies to all destinations and prefixes. Let's say I want to know the ASR for area code 1415. How can that be obtained through A2Billing?

Please don't say it's can't be :-(

On the CDR report you can specify the destination, Field PHONENUMBER [1415] > begins with

Thanks. Those little things can be missed.

Also, is there anyway to spit out an excel file with ASR/ACD?

Feature Request: I know that the new version can generate an LCR list of the rates but maybe include ASR/ACD as well.
