You are not really giving us enough information to go on.

Tell us the numbers you are trying to call, with say the last 4 to 6 digits set to 0 to sanitize them, and show us the appropriate contexts.

Hi

Code:
[Jul 13 10:07:34] VERBOSE[3589] logger.c: -- Executing [0006567366622@a2billing:1] Answer("SIP/3863323487-082db768", "") in new stack

For outgoing, Your a2Billing context.

In respect of inbound, you seem to be calling your A2Billing account number, I have no idea why you may want to do that, so i cannot advise further on this. Maybe an overview of what you are trying to achieve would help.

If this install is for commercial purposes, rather than for mental exercise, you may consider getting some help from us (http://www.star2billing.com/managed-install) which may shorten to the time from flash to bang, and save you a lot of head scratching.

We will of course, where possible, endeavor to answer questions voluntarily here, if clearly and succinctly stated, with the appropriate information attached.

Joe

Hi

I can't put it much clearer than the log file does on line 205.
Quote:
ERROR ::> RateEngine didnt succeed to match the dialed number over the ratecard (Please check : id the ratecard is well create ; if the removeInter_Prefix is set according to your prefix in the ratecard ; if you hooked the ratecard to the Call Plan)

read through the agi-conf, which contains the settings which control the call in progress. Your answers will be there.
