Agent Commission Question

Hello All,

This may be elementary but I'm just not getting it.
I created an Agent and I have some customers I assigned to said Agent.
The question is how do I get A2B to generate commission for that Agent based on their previous refills and or on the new refills.

I'm using A2B version 1.4.4.1

Commissions are only generated on payment.

Does that mean that all you have to do is create an Agent, assign customers to that Agent and whenever one of those customers make a payment, the commission is automatically generated?

When you create an agent make sure you set the commission percentage in COMMISSION PERCENTAGE field, leaving this blank will mean no commission.
