Hi, I'm trying to set up a recurring service for one customer, but without success. So I realize all my cronjobs are not working. Trying to run the script manually through webmin, I get this error: PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php/modules/pcntl.so' - /usr/lib/php/modules/pcntl.so: undefined symbol: zend_hash_index_update_or_next_insert in Unknown on line 0 Can not create pid file! Seems to be a problem with pcntl.so module, installed on /var/lib/php4 directory. I dont know how to install the module in the correct path. Please any hel to make my cronjobs work properly, would be very apreciate. thks cheers, |

Hi Joe, Yes I'm using PHP 5.2 Installed Packages Name : php Arch : i386 Version : 5.2.5 Release : 7 Size : 3.1 M Repo : installed Summary : The PHP HTML-embedded scripting language URL : http://www.php.net/ License : PHP Seems pcntl.so module is installed in a wrong place, but I dont know how to move the module in the right path, could be that? Hi Under what user are you running the cronjobs. If it is say a user called a2billing. create a directory called /var/run/a2billing, and ensure there are permissions to write to this directory. Joe |

Hi Joe, Thanks for your help. As I use Trixbox, all cronjobs are running on user "Asterisk". Is that ok? I tried to run under root user and still get: Output from command php /var/a2billing_install/trunk/Cronjobs/a2billing_alarm.php .. I still have issues with crontjobs. Any cronjobs is running and the error is always the same. Can anybody help me please? Cheers, |
