 Post subject: COMPANY NAME Not updated from mailing config

Hi,
I'm deeply testing A2B 1.6 and I found some strange behaviuor on mailing system, specificly on support tickets.
When a new ticket is created, system send email to the customer with details and in "field" appear what yo set up on mail templates, I mean the name of my company.
But, when ticket is updated with new comments, system send email with details, but in "from" field appear "COMPANY NAME" indeed the real name of my company I seted up on mail templates. Also, I config COMPANY NAME on billing config, but tickets uodates still appear from "COMPANY NAME".
Any Idea how to change this?

There is no tag Company name in the mail template but there is a FROM NAME.
I just reviewed and it works as expected.

you have to edit template for modify_ticket
