your problem is seems to be a premession problem so, try to do that code

chmod 777 /var/lib/php/session
and i think it will work

Hi Guys, Seems like a classic permission problem. I tried chmod 777 /var/lib/php/session but it's no help. The error, "Sorry, you don't have access to this page !" happens when trying to login to /a2billing/agent/ Thanks, |

so, that happeans when you tries to put Agent username and password ??? or when you click the Agent link ???

That happens when I press Login. I can login to Customer and Admin UI just fine. And I can see the Agent page as well but it doesn't login |

i think, try to delete your Agent and Recreate it again

Thanks. That recreation of the agent worked. I guess it was both permissions and that. |
