When a customer pays money, the agent gets commission at the rate you have set. Joe |

So the rate is a percentage of the customer payment not the customer monthly bill for instance? |

Hi Agent commissions are ONLY paid on payments. If your customer does not pay you, you should not be paying your agent. A customer is not a customer, unless they are paying you. Joe |
