For incoming DIDs, if you are using FreePBX to route your calls, I have a script to replace the privacy manager. Instead of it screening the call and asking to enter a phone number, it will say that "the number you dialed doesnt wish to speak with private callers. Please hang up and try again" If you are using a2billing for DID routing, I don't really know. Since I am trying to be a full-fledged VoIP provider, I have the best luck combining a2billing and FreePBX. For customers that use their own PBX, that's when I set them up with credentials and an account directly through a2billing, and everything including the privacy manager, voicemail, features, etc. must be (and should be) managed by their PBX.
