I noticed the 2 of the new functions in 1.7 the secondary pin and IVR menu option, and kinda thought of feature idea. that you folks already have on your to-do lists, but thought I would still shoot it past you.
The option for the caller to be able to press a button anytime while authenticated on the system, that would bring up that IVR menu for them. (so if they were talking to someone it would be like call waiting when you switch over, the caller hears music until you come back) but a the feature idea I had in mind was the option to do conference calls. from the IVR menu or a key prompt that would give the card member a voice prompt asking them to call the number of the person they want join the conference, if party picks up press # to bridge calls together, or * to disconnect and reconnect to the other person.
