 Post subject: How to forward a called DID to an external number and bill?

Hi,
What I am trying to accomplish for my calling card part of my installation is for a customer to give me his cell phone number or any other number he plans on calling from. Then I want the number he wants to call to. Then when he calls an assigned DID from his cell phone (I would also hope I can assign the same DID to multiple people), it would be already as if he authenticated and dialed the number.
So in short, I want it that when the customer calls a DID, let's say 212-555-1212, it will tell him "you have 30 minutes" then connects the call automatically to the destination number he already gave me a while back.

I've seen this done before, but I have no idea how to set it up myself
If anyone can guide me , I would appreciate it. A2Billing 1.6 with asterisk 1.6
