Hi,

I'm having a problem configuring postpaid accounts. When I make a call, dial a DDI call is directly directed to destination without asking for a destination. That's ok. I configure play_audio=no and use_dnid=yes in order to achieve this.

But, when the destination hangs the call up, I'm not also hang up, but asked to enter a destination. How could I change this?

AGI Tx >> 200 result=-1CLI>
AGI Rx << GET VARIABLE ANSWEREDTIME
AGI Tx >> 200 result=1 (6)
AGI Rx << GET VARIABLE DIALSTATUS
AGI Tx >> 200 result=1 (ANSWER)

Hello!

I am new with this wonderful software, but I think you should set the variable "Try Count" to 1.
You can find this variable in "SYSTEM SETTINGS" -> "Global List" in the admin GUI.

How is your scenario?
how do you interact with the platform?
are you using a sip device or softphone?

I am testing A2B for wholesale and it goes great so far! If this is what you want to do, then you need to check some other variables.

Hi!

I use physical phones with a2billing.

I suppose is only one variable I should change, but I can't find it.
