Dial tone prompt

Does anyone know of another way to present a dial tone to the user instead of "please enter your..." other than replacing the recording with one of a dial tone...which seems a low quality way of providing a dial tone.

It's how the rest of the world provide a dial tone - where do you think they come from ;-)

I was just hoping for a builtin dial tone that could be used, a prerecorded one.
But it looks like I will have to record my own which isn't going to be the most straight forward thing to do as I need it in g729 and I guess it will have to be at least 90 secs as that is my dial timeout.
Not even sure how to go about it at this point...any pointers anyone? Like what to use as the source...
