do you have rtcachefriend set to yes?

And when you do, does the peer show up with sip show peers

The keyword is rtcachefriends and should be set to yes.

When someone answers, it's worth doing your own research.

Hi jroper, I really appreciate your help.

I did make researches after your tip, but what bothers me at this time is the original problem,

even if I disable realtime and stick to the old plane extensions_a2billing_sip.conf, my DID s never reach the destination.

I was wondering if a2billing is really handling the incoming calls through AGI.

Can you give me some tips to check that?

It's been some days to solve that issue. this is really weird to me. It really should work. I am diggin deep now.

For instance if I place a call with verbosity to level 4 I have a lot of information. but when a call comes in only one line is showed saying that extension was not found.

my dial plan now is using agi-conf1 as for outbound calls.

Once more I thank you all for the help

in the end the problem resided in the sip.conf

DID problem were in the context,

there was a typo in it, it was a2biling instead a2billing.

Any way I believe this thread will help many others to go thru all troubleshooting we did.

Best regards
Renato.

I've got the same warning does that means that we need to add one more field to database?
