Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to recur some monthly fees to certain customers. From my reading based on research, it is not recommended to use the subscription service, rather use the "Account Service" and for each customer, turn on "Run Service".
This solution is not working for me. How can I troubleshoot to see why nobody is getting charged for services?

Have you got your cronjobs working?

I dont see any a2billing stuff in the cron folders
Could you tell me what lines I need to put in and I will add them now?

In the tarball, there is a cronjobs directory, with the cronjobs to be run, and there are comments at the top of each file with a suggestion of when you may run them.

PHP Fatal error: Class 'ProcessHandler' not found in /usr/local/a2billing/Cronjobs/a2billing_batch_process.php on line 69

line 69 reads:
if (ProcessHandler :: isActive()) {
die(); // Already running!
} else {
ProcessHandler :: activate();


PHP Version 5.1.6

What direction can I take for a solution?

Use the version of PHP recommended for A2Billing, and mentioned endless times on this forum - PHP Version 5.2

My apologies, I did not do enough research to find that PHP 5.2 is the recommended version. I will update my PHP now.

Still giving me:

Yes, and just rebooted now again, still no luck

if you have common/lib/ProcessHandler.php file configured with proper permissions, i would look into PHP forum for clues unless you want us to access your system to trouble shoot.
