Im new to asterisk & a2b, trying hard learn how to set up a calling card server.
I have a DID number 12345678, it have been pointed to my server's address.
Now i pick up the phone to dial the DID number, i want a2b prompt screen message.
What should i put into extension.conf ?

I already put folowing things in it:
[a2billing]
; CallingCard application
exten => _X.,1,Answer
exten => _X.,2,Wait,2
exten => _X.,3,DeadAGI,a2billing.php
exten => _X.,4,Wait,2
exten => _X.,5,Hangup

[did]
; CallingCard application
exten => _X.,1,DeadAGI(a2billing.php|1|did)

I just went opened up asterisk CLI to see the log, when i call the DID number CLI will show:
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
[Apr 21 01:06:44] NOTICE[3983]: chan_sip.c:20059 handle_request_invite: Call from ' ' to extension '19105903761' rejected because extension not found.

PS 19105903761 is my DID number.
