Configuring DID with Calling Card

maybe I misunderstood something, I already surfed a lot of articles but nothing is working.

I am trying use DIDs to allow customers to dial out after authentication is done with CID automatically.

the problem is that when I am asked for the number to dial, it does not recognizes the the DTMF numbers dialed and then try to dial the DID number instead

After many tries it worked once (this is the weird part), so that makes me wonder what might be wrong

My dialplan is stated as below

Could it be a codec problem?
I am using g729a
dtmf is set to rfc2833

DTMF problems has nothing to do with A2billing configuration. this is an asterisk issue and if A2Billing cannot digest what you are trying to feed it, it will not feel anything but wait till timeout and convey back to Asterisk that nothing has happened. you need to make sure your incoming trunk passes DTMF as set in A2Billing, in this case RFC2833.

Try forcing RFC2833 via the trunk if it supports it.
