Hello I am trying to start a business with a A2billing, I am trying to create Sub Admin to take payment over the phone and add funds to Customer's Account but it look like in order to do so they need to have access to the Billing Section also ? I feel like they have to much access to the system, and when they make a Refill I dont really Have a Record on which Sub Admin did the Refill.

There is a full log of every click on the system in the maintenance section.

DO I have to give them Access to Billing in order to make a Refill ? Otherwise everytime I do the Refill it log them out.

If you want your customer service to be involved in billing operations, then you need to give them access to the billing section.
