hi
can is use ## then hang the call and dial another number without dialling the number and entering the pin no again, when i dial ## it must hang the termination end and ask for a new number to dial. how can i do this ?

Hi jroper
I do not want to totally hang the call, what i want is for the customer to dial another number without entering the pin by dialling a code like ##,

Asterisk {the key not the software package ;-) } just hangs up the call your making, it doesn't hang up on you!
Check your dialplan for the "H" or "h" or both as the case may be...

hi Centar thank you for the reply..... i want to hangup the call i am making, how do i do that ? just press the hangup on my phone or dial any digit from the phone... how do i do that ?

what must i do to just hangs up the call i am making and keep me connected to asterisk

Hi

as suggested earlier pressing the * (asterisk or Star) key will hangup the called party provided you have H in the dial command parameters.

# H: Allow the caller to hang up by dialing *

It is Asterisk/Digium that defines this parameter, not A2billing, so that question would be better asked on their forum / mailing list.
