hi all,
Have one question for the experienced users of A2billing, I've been using it for a while but never found an answer to this.
If I have 2 carriers for the same route (one being the main trunk on the rate and the other being the backup trunk) if my main trunk fails (no credit or other failure) the backup takes place but at the same time generates a misinformation about the buy cost for that call and of course all other calculations regarding profit,etc.
Is there a way to have trunk/carrier failover and correct buy/profit calculations?

The buy cost is calculated before the call is made, therefore it is this cost that is recorded.
