Hi,

I have been running Pinless calling Card Service using A2B without any issue for last 6 months. I would like to know if it is possible in the A2B. Few of my customers want Pinless Hot Number Dialing. They want to setup my Access Numbers (Phone number) as their Pinless Hot Number Dial.

Let me explain what they want.

Lets say I have three access numbers. Numbers are
1-234-5678,
1-234-5677,
1-234-5676.
User wants to dial first access number and after caller id authentication A2B should dial to a Predefined number like 44207xxxx (which should be user specific). And if he dial second number it should forward to a another predefined number and so on.

Thank you in Advance

Hi

You can forward a single number on to single destination for one customer in A2Billing, but natively, it will not do what you are asking.

I would suggest using speed dials.

Alternatively, some complicated dial-plan work to query the a2billing database for the number to call, and then pass the call into A2Billing could also work.

Yours

Joe
