Cron Job´s are not working

I want to use the cron jobs, but it doesn´t work.

I am using php 5.2 and get the following error message. I was working one time.

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function posix_kill() in /usr/local/src/a2billing/common/lib/ProcessHandler.php on line 43

Later on I was putting the files in /var/run/a2billing/Cronjobs

And I was able to run the cron job only for one time.

Now I am getting the same error.
