 Post subject: 60 second billing & CDRs

Hello,
I bill all my customers for calls in 60 second increment. On their CDR report it shows the call seconds. Can we change this all to minutes? So if a 3 second phone call took place I'd want it to say one minute. Is this possible? If it needs to be developed and there is a demand for it, I am willing to put some money down for contribution.

Also - on the administrator CDR logs, where does it show the profit made off of the duration-based billing? Is that what ALOC is?

Hi

The issue with showing minutes on the CDR, is that a customer looking at his own CDR could quite easily see that when he makes a number of contiguous calls, the new call started before the old one ended.

At the end of the call, it shows both your percentage markup, and your percentage margin. Margin is more commonly used in Telecoms rather than markup.

ALOC stands for Average Length of Call.
