Just want to ask what is the THRESHOLD REMITTANCE do in agents ?

Also, is there any documentation for all of this features?

The threshold remittance is the level at which the Agent can claim his commission as money or as balance, to prevent him claiming a couple of dollars a few times, e.g. he can only claim when he has accrued a worth while amount.

When you add or edit a Agent you can set it there
you have only to inform the value you want at THRESHOLD REMITTANCE field
