Hi, Is there a way to move the customer call history from one server to another... I dont want to dump the whole database as i have some issues with it.. I have recreated a new database and would like to allow customers to still search on their call history. Also how do i archive the calls and reduce the search time limit to 12mths? Thanks, Taff |
