Anyone has A2Billing setup in CallShop mode? Maybe with AsterCC? or some other software who can share their experience?

Most important feature is: Live Call Monitoring.

i would love you help But as there is always BUT, i m not expert, dont know how to do it. but its not impossible.

Allvoip solutions is a paid solution and I couldn't even find their demo. I have seen this in action though and I don't like the UI at all.

I have gone through Google multiple times. There is nothing worthy of call shop out there so far.

We use a2b with astercc as callshop billing

But there is a highly charged thread here on how they forked from the source code (and only i think supports upto 1.3 version), but not giving back the source code to the community. i wish they would as this would have been developed to support future versions of A2biling.
However, I understand there is so many other priorities in Areski and the Team's diary.
