Hi Guys, I have managed to get A2Billing up and running and have been playing with its features lately. It is one of the best thing that I have ever learnt so far. Thanks to the community for this great master piece.
I wanted to know more about how "Alarms" under Maintenance worked? I played with it for a while but it does not seem to be sending me any email when the defined condition is met. So far, I have only assigned 0 or 1 value. I wanted an alarm be generated and get that sent to me by email if say the average call is low. Is this achievable? If yes, how do I set it up?
MAX VALUE 1 Input the maximum value (between 0 and 1 for ASR ; > 0 for ALOC in sec ; > 0 for CIC) MIN VALUE 0 Input the minimum value (between 0 and 1 for ASR ; >= 0 for ALOC in sec ; not used by CIC) or leave it empty
