We have two questions:

1. On the A2billing Customer UserInfo page, there is an icon help_index.gif but there is no active link to anywhere, it's just the graphic. Does something need to be turned on to have this as an active HELP LINK?

2. On the Customer Login page, the LOGIN BOX in in the middle of the page pushed down, is there a file, or place within a file to set the location of the Customer Login box?
