Cron jobs

The following script

php /usr/src/a2billing/Cronjobs/a2billing_alarm.php

returns

Quote:

[No Alarm to run]

so I receive a email every hour.
Is it normal output?
Do you also receive such mail from cron every hour or you comment this echo line in script?
