I can't seem to import the rate deck.

I have a comma delimited, csv file that I am trying to import from a windows machine. I have tried renaming the file to .txt, and tried both .txt and .csv three different browsers (explorer, firefox, and crome). I have selected a ratecard and trunk, and have the same number of fields as the file.

Has anyone else run up against this issue? Can anyone give me any pointers?

I would really appreciate any and all thoughts!

See cross post here http://pbxinaflash.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8449

Can you post in one forum or another, not both, it is bad form to cross post, because I and others have to waste my time reading about your problems twice, which leaves less time for answering questions.

My appologies, and thank you for your answer in the other post.

BTW, where do you frequent more often? I will limit my posts to that forum.

Hi

both equally. But A2Billing related stuff may be better here.

Can you post the fix for this issue here in the A2Billing forums please? The link that was originally posted in the PBXinaFlash forum is dead and not in the documentation on the new A2Billing website. I've been trying to import clients from my system to A2Billing for over 7 hours today and no dice. This fix will really help for me if it were listed in the A2Billing forum as well as for others to see and apply it to their installs.

Thanks!
