Hello guys, recently i have found out that A2Biling puts in it's database incorrect call lenght data when the ooh323 channel is used.
The "ANSWEREDTIME" variable consists of both legs user->a2billing+a2blling->callee

When we are using sip trunks the call length registered by a2billing is ok...

Does anyone has any suggestions about it?

versions:
Asterisk 1.4.31
A2Billing 1.7.1 (Larch)
asterisk-addons-1.4.11 (only chan_ooh323 is installed)

I guess i found a workaround :)
I placed a sip to h323 converter between asterisk and h323 trunk now it looks like this

a2billing -----SIP---->converter------h323---->partner

Call detail records in a2billing now are exact as expected! :)

But i am still wondering how to resolve this issue without a converter?

I'm trying to setup h323 for the first time to work from A2Billing and I'm having a very difficult time.
When I dial the number, it would terminate immediately and here is a snippet of the log.

Hi

I would start by seeing if it works in Asterisk first before introducing A2Billing.
