Hello!

Is there a way to block users from subnumbers in rates?

For example:

I have Destinaton Latvia with prefix 371 with rate of 0.10 EUR. However I want to disallow my users to call 371292

How this can be done?

Hi

You either make sure that this rate is not included, and does not match anything - which means a lot of rates, or if you want to block that rate specifically, add it into your rates, but send it to a trunk that goes nowhere - or even a local trunk that plays an IVR - you are not allowed to dial this number.
