Is there any way to program that "Inactive" customers are customers that have not used their cards in the last X days? That way I know if I can delete them or not.

Also - do expired cards show up as "Inactive"?

We are writing a cron job that will use MySQL to do this. It's one of the long list of things to do yet. But I will be glad to share when it is complete. It should just be a simple change to the "Active" field based upon a query of last log in or whatever other criteria you want. Putting in a command line and running as a Cron Job is the trick...

Thanks,
Perry
