 Post subject: Call disconnect automatically

Hi, my server has some strange behaviors. i has been running for several months now. The only problem is: sometimes the call will be disconnect automatically after the call last about 12 minutes then system say "please enter the number you wish to call", but most of the time don't experience that....... i checked the network connection between termination server and my sip server, it looks good to me... im wondering is there any settings in asterisk or a2billing i need to configure ??? (i did some search online, some people experience this because of the media timeout settings, so this is the case, what value should i put in media timeout?)
