Hello,

How does the CONNECT / DISCONNECT CHARGE works?

Are they applied when the call is answer?

If a customer call but RNA does connect and disconnect charge will be applied or just only if the call is terminated (answered)?

Also, what is the purpose of this field?

ROUNDING CALLTIME ΒΆ
Set the rounding calltime. All the selling rules will apply over this new calltime.
