Hi

I have a user (set to Individual Mode) who cannot make calls since the system thinks that the card is already in use, while it is not.

-- Launched AGI Script /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/a2billing.php
-- Playing 'prepaid-card-in-use' (escape_digits=#) (sample_offset 0)


Is there some lock record in database or lockfile? How does it work in general
