Hi all,

I would like to know if there is a way I can set an external number as a lower priority destination as a follow me with it billing the owner of the DID for the call?

Cheers
Nic

Hi

Yes, if the SIP destination is offline, then you can set up a PSTN destination which will be billed when called.

Thanks Joe,

The normal syntax is SIP/accno for destinations, this syntax doesn't seem to work with an outside line, and if I put SIP/pstnno@trunkname it connects but it logs it as DID_VoIP call with no cost (we don't charge incoming).

Is there a way to get it billing the forwarded call correctly?

Thanks
Nic

00123456789 and VoIP call = No; where 00123456789 is the PSTN number to send the call to, and you have a rate for that destination.

Where is the field to run the Followme option ?

Or the customer needs to type the destination number in his panel ? In wich part of the panel ?

Thanks.
