Trying to find some calls for a customer with an older key system that doesn't have CID. I went to look for inbound calls, as they misplaced a number they needed to call. I went in to the Reports to pull the CDR, but for some reason, searching the DNID for the customer's DID, doesn't bring anything up. Only when I search using card number do the calls show up, but DNID is blank. I compared to another customer using the same provider, same ATA, and that customer has the DNID populated. On top of that, an unanswered incoming call doesn't even show up in the CDR, even when showing A-LEG, ALL. Any ideas? Customer is receiving/making calls just fine.

This is what the console shows:

Code:

  -- Executing [+1CUSTDID@from-pstn-e164-us:1] Set("SIP/vin-data-000045ae", "CALLERID(number)=CALLER") in new stack
    -- Executing [+1CUSTDID@from-pstn-e164-us:2] Goto("SIP/vin-data-000045ae", "from-pstn,CUSTDID,1") in new stack
    -- Goto (from-pstn,CUSTDID,1)

Any ideas?
