I have a call plan with two rate cards and i have enabled the new LCR that takes the longest prefix match from each rate card and choses the lowest rate. If I use the export LCR function and download the dumb, it's not accurate. Sometimes with even the same prefix length in both rate cards still the rate card with the most expensive selling and buying rate has been chosen. Is that function normally working okay or is this a general error? Any tips on how I could export a pricelist based on the new LCR?
