Hello,
I have just detected that the DID release function, from the customer portal, when the customer release a DID, it's not releasing the DID itself, it's just deleting the destination, and the DID still reserved to the customer, and being billed to the customer account.
When admin go to the DID search, and search for the DID, it's still being related to that customer, but no destination, under destinations, mean, it's not releasing the DID, just releasing the destination.

Please advice,

To release the DID, click DID > release DID. It's intuitive after that.

yes, sorry, this issue was misunderstood...
What the customer did, indeed, he went into the DID option, from the customer portal, and he delete the destination, instead of selecting release the DID.
So, deleting the destination, the DID still reserved for his account, and billed for him, and the correct is, from the customer portal, that he should select release DID, and select the related DID to release it...

This is not a bug, sorry for reporting here... it was just a misunderstanding...
Regards,
