I have been running A2Billing 1.9.4 for quite some time logging all our outgoing calls from FreePBX (Asterisk)
I have just been asked to generate a report and noticed that a huge amount of calls (not all) have a duration on 09:29. When I check the CDR on FreePBX the duration is a lot higher.
This has therefore implications on costings!
For example, here are 5 sample call durations with A2billing's duration on the left and Asterisk on the right:
09:28 - 09:52 08:44 - 08:57 09:29 - 09:43 09:29 - 09:43 05:18 - 05:31
I have just ran a report from 1st Jan to 1st Feb returning over 1000 external calls. 650 of these are 09:29 duration with only 4 having a duration over 09:29
Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks
