DID numbers are not shows up in customersUI

hi,

i have version 2.0.1 and DIDs works just fine when configured inside admins webui.
the problem is that DiD numbers doesnt show up in customersui, i can see the country selected but no numbers..?
is there any fix for this?

Also another Bug that its minor is that provider its not selectable in cdrreports, window is poping up, i can see the tab "select" but it doesnt select it
