hi
i have installed 2.0 version
grep'ed over source code and not found any use of discount column except in pnl report.

so you have one of following bugs:
1) bug with discount not used anymore in rate engine
or
2) if prevous is "feature" then you have now bug in PNL(becuase it still use that column)
