Hello

I am running FreePBX 2.11 with A2B 2.0.1

All external calls are set to go through A2B. We have about 20 Polycom IP500 corded handsets and 10 Unidata WPU-7800 WI-FI portable handsets.

We don't have any problems with the Polycoms however we have an issue to do with session timers with the unidata.

I have found that external calls made from the unidata failed (got cut off) after a minute and on investigation realised that the Session Timer was expiring. I increased it to the maximum (on the phone) of 3600 seconds however people with these phones can therefore not make a call longer than an hour.

As mentioned earlier I don't have any issues with the polycoms.

If i disable A2B and let the external calls pass straight through the system I don't have any problems.

Is there anything I can check/change/set within A2Billing?
