Hi!

Sorry if this issue was discussed somewhere before. but I just installed fresh version of a2billing and everything seems working fine, except that when I trigger callback from customer portal for client which have balance 0, it starts call for A leg and only after it starts call for B leg it drops call.

Is there any possibility to fix this issue? We need to stop call at A leg when balance is 0 or less.

Hi

You should be using CID-Callback rather than All-Callback, which is what I suspect you are using.

All-Callback calls back the CID delivered irrespective of whether the customer has an account or not, as it does not identify the customer.

CID-Callback calls back the customer only if their caller ID is present, and they have balance.

Hi!

Sorry, that I didn't provided enough info, but this issue pop-up when I trigger callback from web interface of client, using link below:

http://.../a2billing/customer/callback.php

When Client has less then 0 balance, I got an error: "Error : Not enough credit to call !!!"

When client has 0, callback start call for A leg and then drops line.

I tried to change context, as you recommended, but it didn't helped.
