Hi Guys, I have come across this issue recently. I have setup the auto set caller id. This is very helpful to save the pin number for customer. The minimum amount to make a call is 2p. When the balance goes less than 2p, the caller id is automatically released. The issue is for costly destination. If the customer has 10P balance and want to make call for 15 p destination, it says you dont have enough balance and not prompting for new pin number. I have the following setup. Please help me. Not Enough Credit notenoughcredit_cardnumber Yes New Caller ID notenoughcredit_assign_newcardnumber_cid Yes Auto Set CLID auto_setcallerid Yes Force CLID force_callerid (empty) CLID Sanitize cid_sanitize 0 CLID Enable cid_enable Yes Thanks Nathan |

Hi, I am having the same issue for costly destination. it doesn't release the caller id and prompt for new pin. any solution Joe? |

Maybe someone else could confirm as you don't want to get this wrong (it could be costly!) but I think the minimum balance to call is mainly for where you allow simultaneous calls per customer. If you only allow one concurrent call per customer I think it may be safe to reduce the min balance to call setting. |

Hi, Even if you set the minimum balance to a lower value, for example 0.01, it still doesn't work. i have tried with simultaneous and individual setting. |
