i cannot know why i get this issue
when i try to add user and try to reload asterisk from a2billing i get error


Cannot connect to the asterisk manager!
Please check your manager configuration

i can reload it from shell#

i use ubuntu
login:
user: ubuntu
pas: xxx

then #su
pass:XXX

how can i fix this issue

Check the manager settings in global match those in manager.conf, and that there are sufficient permissions set in the manager config.
