Hi Everyone,

My setup is below:

A2billing 2.0.8
Asterisk 1.8.32
CentOS 6.6

Everything works well but all of a sudden CPU load becomes nearly 100% and everything stops working. If i run "top", i can see lots of "a2billing.php" in that area consuming lots of memory.

At that time, i only have 2 options:
1) Either to kill all a2billing.php processes
2) Or reboot machine

After this, server again comes in a normal condition and everything works fine. This is happening uncertainly every 3-4 days.

Can anyone tell me what should be causing this?

Thanks,
Arpit

Hi

It may suggest a large number of concurrent calls. Check Asterisk.

Hey Jroper,

Thanks for your response.
Nope, we are still testing system and it just has few concurrent calls.

Moreover, there isnt any live call in asterisk when this issue is there. That is what the strange thing is.

Please suggest.

Thanks,
Arpit

Could your dial plan be putting through unauthenticated SIP INVITES through to a2billing. Maybe it's just a SIP scan triggering A2Billing, although those would show with ...

asterisk -rx "sip show channels"
