I have an issue where my customers are making calls and i can see the time and rates per call, however there balance remains the same
on this particular card i gave them a $10.50
and although they used over 3$ somehow there BALANCE : 9.99981

ok seems some calls being deducted.. but i do see instances where balance jumps up like $1.50 too 2.50. it has me thinking callers can do something to increase there ammount |
